I thought I really shouldn’t leave the day on such a bad note, so I forced myself to sit down again and try anew. After about five failed sketches this came to mind and turned out to be passable. Rejoice!

As a bonus, a gif of the individual working steps. I used to work exactly like this, with the addition of a re-lining step at the end that I didn’t do here for time reasons. Nowadays I try to be much more direct in my works, keeping it down to two or even a single step if possible.
In case you’re wondering if there really are no steps in-between and if not how the balls I’m able to get the forms down as I do: Yes, there are no additional steps than what is shown and I am able to put it down like this because I’ve practised a shit ton, looked at a lot of butts and other anatomy to train my eye, and generally have been doing artsery for longer than I want to admit.
